Legacy SAMU 192 recordings become accessible through an API
SAU connects older audio files to call records, with read-only access. For recordings processed with personal data, Rota Nacional’s barrier can apply the organization’s policy before any model runs.
SAU has begun mapping legacy SAMU 192 audio storage to its API. Recordings are located through call records and accessed in read-only mode.
If recordings are sent to Rota Nacional for transcription, its barrier detects personal data such as names and phone numbers and applies the organization’s policy before any model runs. This allows those data to be controlled before processing without changing the original access to the files.
