1. Preserve evidence in the appropriate system. An AI report must not be the only copy of an important record. Separate the restricted original from a working version. Do not alter evidence simply to produce an easier summary.
2. Write a minimal timeline. Include the component, known version, symptom and actions already taken. Remove contacts, unnecessary addresses, credentials and customer content. Mark missing facts clearly; hypotheses must not appear as confirmed evidence.
3. Request a bounded task. Ask for fact organization, follow-up questions or comparison with known criteria. Do not delegate command execution or irreversible decisions to generated text. Suggestions need verification in the affected system.
4. Review usefulness and exposure. Confirm summaries preserve chronology and distinguish evidence from hypotheses. When information is missing, add only the necessary field in a new processed version. Record review results and keep operational actions under separate authorization.
