GraphRAG, presented by AgentLog, explores questions over document collections, including those requiring an overview of the corpus. In a business application, that broader view can also increase the information reaching generation.
Start with retrieval permissions. A question does not grant access to every document in a collection. Filter by user and organization before selecting passages, retaining the source and date needed to assess the answer.
Process selected context before inference. Names and identifiers can hide in attachments, tables or apparently secondary passages. Choose a policy suited to the task and check whether placeholders preserve useful relationships without disclosing original identity.
Evaluate answers against the documents and look for personal data reappearing through combined passages. Rota processes supported API inputs, but does not automatically implement GraphRAG, define corpus permissions or guarantee that generated answers are correct.
