Why remove identity from screening
A name can suggest gender and origin. An address can suggest income. These signals say nothing about the job, but they can influence a decision by a person or a model.
Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives candidates the right to ask for a review of a decision made only by automated means. The less personal data the model sees, the lower the candidate's exposure.
Blind screening does not replace the interview. It organizes the first reading around what the job requires.
How it works
The CV arrives
Your recruiting system sends the PDF to the extraction route or the text to the cleaning route.
Rota removes the identity
Name, CPF, email, phone and address become placeholders. Job titles, courses and years of experience stay in the text.
AI compares the CV with the job
The model reads the clean CV and answers the job criteria, such as experience, skills and education.
A person decides
Your system shows the analysis to the recruiter, next to the correct candidate. The final decision stays with the team.

[PESSOA_1] · [EMAIL_1] · [TELEFONE_1] · [ENDERECO_1], Belo Horizonte · CPF [CPF_1]. Analista de dados com cinco anos de experiência em SQL e Python. Graduação em Estatística. How to integrate
If the CV comes as a PDF, use the extraction route. It reads the file, up to 25 MB, and returns the text already clean. Then ask a Rota model, or the model that you already use, for the analysis.
