Why this matters to people who build assistants
The assistant of a clinic or an office receives names, CPF numbers, addresses and sometimes health data. The agency that builds the flow processes this data on behalf of its client.

How it works
Change the AI address
In your tool's OpenAI credential, use https://rota-nacional.ia.br/v1 as the base address and your Rota key.
Choose the model
Use a Rota ID, such as rota/rapido for short answers or rota/analise for conversations that need more reasoning.
Rota cleans each message
Before the model, names, CPF numbers, phone numbers, emails and addresses become placeholders. The model answers from the clean text.
The flow completes the data
When the reply needs the name or the booked time, the agency's flow fills it in afterwards, with the data that it already has.
